​I Do! I Do! details the “triumphs” and “tortures” of wedded bliss.  This two-person show sings and dances its way through 50 years of marriage.  Michael (Steven Edgerly) and Agnes (Elizabeth Cameron Aylsworth) wind their way through the stages of love: from wedding night jitters, children, and conflicts to disloyalty, reconciliation and old age.  A tuneful, witty musical score features the hit song, My Cup Runneth Over, and reveals gentle wisdom about the institution of marriage.

Granger) is a struggling Hollywood B-movie actress and wannabe playwright – seeking love and success in New York.  Vito Pignoli, (Jeff Boerger), is a successful TV commercial director.  Theda auditions for Vito and then tries to convince him to become her partner in playwriting and marriage by holding him hostage in her apartment one snowy Christmas Eve!  A perfect show for the holiday season!

George’s, (Chris Klaver - Best Supporting Actor, Lansing Civic Players 2006), hobby is hypochondria.  He overhears his doctor talking about another patient who is on his way out with heart trouble, and thinks the doctor is talking about him.  He prepares to meet the end bravely, putting his affairs in order and even arranging for his soon-to-be widow (Jennifer English) to have another beau who will make a good second husband.  He buys a cemetery plot big enough for three:  himself, his widow and hubby two!  Trying to keep the secret from his wife only complicates matters more!

It’s the mid-1950’s in a small Kansas town on Labor Day weekend in the joint backyards of two middle-aged widows:  Flo Owens, (Marni Darr Holmes) and Helen Potts (Winifred Olds).  Hal, a drifter, comes into town to visit his college buddy and becomes involved with his girlfriend, Madge (Elizabeth Cameron Aylsworth).  Hal’s arrival seriously upsets the entire group, including the spinster, Rosemary (Linda M. Granger) and her boyfriend, Howard (Gary Mitchell).
