Terms and Conditions

All seats for dinner and the show are by reservation only.

There are no actual tickets. Our reservations work like a restaurant reservation. Your name is put on a list and when you arrive for the dinner/show, you check in to the lobby box office and we will give you your table assignment. Seating is determined by the date your reservation is made; earliest reservations have closest seating.

Show only tickets can usually be purchased at the door if the show has not sold out, but reservations are still recommended.

Dinner/Dessert PRE-PAYMENT REQUIRED:
Prepayment is required for dinner / dessert reservations and must be received within 3 days of the date you made your reservation.

Prepayment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard or Personal Check. Our mailing address for check payments is listed above.

There is a $1 "per ticket" charge when using a credit card.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:
Reservation cancellations require a 72 hour notice to receive a refund.

HEARING ASSIST DEVICES: Hearing assist devices are available and must be requested when making your reservation.
