Board of Directors
Linda M. Granger, President and Artistic Director
Linda is the founder and president of Starlight. She has either directed, produced or performed all of the shows Starlight has produced since opening in 2006. She received Best Director awards for Five Women Wearing the Same Dress at Riverwalk (which also won a Lansing State Journal Thespie), Carousel, Dearly Departed and The Foreigner at LCP. She has performed in over 50 shows winning awards from the Lansing State Journal, LCP, Riverwalk and City Pulse. In June 2009 she won a Lansing State Journal Thespie for her “extraordinary work at building the Starlight Dinner Theatre into a successful and popular operation.” Linda would like to credit the wonderful staff at Starlight for the award and Starlight’s success.
Jan Ross, Vice-President and Secretary
Jan started on our stage in Amy's Wish a few seasons ago and has been helping with every production ever since. She recently played Mavis Flowers in our May comedy The Hallelujah Girls. Jan is a go-getter and willing to do whatever it takes to get a show up and running. She was an outstanding Assistant Director for It's a Wonderful Life and has also done an outstanding job as costumer for some of our productions. Jan is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as our Vice President and Secretary.
Cathleen Edgerly, Treasurer
Cathleen performed in all three of the Futrelle sisters productions (Dearly Beloved, Christmas Belles and Southern Hospitality). Cathleen is a member of the Board of Directors, serves as the Treasurer and Marketing Chairperson and Advisor.
Production Associates
Gwendolyn Conarton
Gwendolyn is our newest staff member and a welcomed one! She loves to costume and knows how to sew. She assisted with costumes for "Barnaby" last season and will be costuming "Southern Hospitality" this fall.
Mark Cosgrove

Diane Erley
Diane is in her fifth season as a Starlight Associate. Her great organizational skills have been very useful the numerous times she has stage managed for Starlight. Diane works in the State Operations Division of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. Her hobbies are golf and dancing West Coast Swing.
Virginia Granger
Virginia has assisted in many areas since Starlight opened from sewing on buttons, assisting with play selections, making curtains, washing table clothes to cutting up desserts. Her decorating expertise is always called upon for set dressing.
Cathy Hansel-Edgerton
This is Cathy’s 4th season on the Starlight staff. She enjoys working backstage as well as occasional box office duties.
Aaron Herrbach
This is Aaron’s 15th season working in community theatre, with experience in nearly every facet of production. Aaron has won several Barney and Thespie awards for lighting design over the years. He has also designed and operated Potter Park Zoo’s “Boo Tunnel” since 2006. Aaron graduated from MSU with a B.A. in Telecommunications and also completed the Stage Technology program at LCC. He spends his time, when not doing theatre, working for his technology company, AVCN Services, LLC, and traveling with his wife, Stephanie. He has recently taken a position as the Head Audio Engineer at The Temple Theatre in Saginaw, MI.
John Herrbach
John, Aaron's father, began assisting Aaron and Stephanie with the technical aspects of a production and he is now one of our Sound Designers and Operators.
Mary Herrbach

Stephanie Herrbach
Stephanie has been involved with Starlight since its first season, and has been doing technical theatre since high school. She has run sound for many productions including Waiting for Godot, Twelfth Night and Dark of the Moon at Riverwalk,and many shows at Starlight. She has also been on-stage as Girl in Starlight’s Send Me No Flowers, and as Magnolia in But Why Bump Off Barnaby?. Stephanie is married to Aaron Herrbach and they have two Siamese cats, Niko and Haddie.
Chris Klaver
Though Chris is best known for his wonderful comedic abilities ("Send Me No Flowers", "Leading Ladies" and "Accommodations"), he has been a great asset to Starlight assisting with picking up and returning furniture and set construction. Chris is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
Rachel Little

“This is my third season with Starlight working backstage. I LOVE being a part of this awesome crew of technicians and actors. They are the best! Thanks to everyone working backstage for being patient with me and showing me the ropes. Thanks to my husband, Michael, who has been patient with me being gone for so many evenings during rehearsals.” Mary has worked as a receptionist for a dentist (Dr. Atkinson) for 29 years and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and five grandchildren.

Paul Sisson
Elizabeth Todd
Elizabeth has worked on all of Starlight's shows since we opened. She has served as Dining Room Hostess, Stage Manager, and Lighting Operator. She is an excellent actress and we hope to have her perform in one of our shows soon!
Bill Woodland
Bill has been building sets for Starlight since it opened in February 2006. His beautiful set for "Picnic" won a Lansing State Journel Thespie. Each new show presents its challenges and Bill is always up to the challenge!

Lori has served as an advisor to the Founder/President, Dining Room Coordinator and Hostess since Starlight opened. She also was the choreographer for "I Do! I Do!"

Jane has appeared in the Futrelle sisters series of shows (Dearly Beloved, Christmas Belles and Southern Hospitality). She was a guest director for us during Season 4 for the comedy "Accommodations". Jane assists with the dining room, play selection and casting.
