Terms and Conditions

All seats for dinner and the show are by reservation only.

Reservations must be made at least three days in advance of the performance to guarantee a dinner seating.  For example a reservation for a Friday must be made by 6 pm on the Tuesday before.

There are no actual tickets. Our reservations work like a restaurant reservation.  Your name is put on a list and when you arrive for the dinner/show, you check in to the lobby box office and we will give you your table assignment. Seating is determined by the date your reservation is made; earliest reservations have closest seating.

Show only tickets can usually be purchased at the door if the show has not sold out, but reservations are still recommended.

PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED:
Prepayment is required and must be received within 7 days of the date you made your reservation. 

Prepayment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard or Personal Check.  Our mailing address for check payments is listed above.

There is a $1 "per ticket" charge when using a credit card.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:
​Reservation cancellations require a 72 hour notice to receive a refund.

RESERVE SEATS FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON:
Reservations for the entire season require payment to hold your reservation.  Credit cards are accepted by phone at (517) 243-6040.

HEARING ASSIST DEVICES:  Hearing assist devices are available and must be requested when making your reservation.
